The second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability will begin airing this July, and Crunchyroll has snapped up the anime sequel for streaming.
The premiere window announcement was accompanied by a key visual, as well as the following cast announcements Manaka Iwami as Esche, a nun who has a past connection with Lloyd and Minami Tsuda as Saria, Lloyd’s older sister.
I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince‘s first season aired during the Spring 2024 anime season. The anime is based on the Kodansha Ranove Bunko light novel series written by Kenkyo na Circle and illustrated by Meru, which started in July 2020 and has eight volumes as of July 2024.
Synopsis:
The study of magic requires aptitude, effort, and the right bloodline. One sorcerer loved magic, despite lacking the bloodline and aptitude for it, and died wishing he’d spent more time studying in life. He reawakens as Lloyd, the seventh prince of the Kingdom of Saloum, with all his previous memories intact. Blessed with a strong magical bloodline, he uses his gifts to master the study of magic.
