A July premiere window and split-cour format have been revealed for Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 4. A teaser visual with the five heroines on a train platform was also released. Rent-A-Girlfriend also has a spin-off titled Kanojo, Hitomishirimasu and a 2022 live-action drama. A MAGES visual novel was released in 2024.
Rent-A-Girlfriend is based on the romantic comedy manga by Reiji Miyajima, which began in 2017 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine and will release its 39th tankoubon volume on January 17, 2025 JST. The TV anime adaptation began in July 2020.
