The Secrets of the Silent Witch anime adaptation that was announced last August is set to premiere in 2025, a newly released teaser trailer has revealed. The show has also unveiled a teaser visual and some new cast announcements, though it continues to maintain a few secrets — namely, the production staff (who could be responsible for the enchanting string-backed vocals in the teaser?) and studio.
The newly announced cast members are Hitomi Nabatame as Nero, the cat familiar of the titular Silent Witch, and Junichi Suwabe as Louis Miller the Barrier Mage. It was previously known that Saya Aizawa is playing the Silent Witch Monica Everett.
ecrets of the Silent Witch is based on the light novels written by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi. The KADOKAWA BOOKS series began in June 2021 and will release its ninth main volume on February 10, 2025 JST.
The story was first published as a Shousetsuka ni Narou web novel beginning in February 2020. There is a manga by Tobi Tana.
Synopsis:
