The Shirobuta Kizuko Desuga Zense no Kioku ga Haeta node Hiyoko na Otouto Sodatemasu anime adaptation has received a trailer, key visual, and July 2025 premiere window. Its main staff and cast were also revealed.
Masafumi Sato (A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics) is directing the series at Studio Comet. Mitsutaka Hirota (Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time) is the series composer, while Tomoko Miyakawa (Sweet Reincarnation) is the character designer. The lead voice actors are Misaki Kuno as Ageha and Mariya Ise as Regulus.
Shirobuta Kizuko Desuga Zense no Kioku ga Haeta node Hiyoko na Otouto Sodatemasu started publication in 2020 and will release its 13th volume on January 15, 2025 JST. The TO Books-published series is written by Yashiro with illustrations by keepout. The light novels have inspired a manga adaptation by Yokowake. The story started as a Shousetsuka ni Narou web novel in 2018.
Synopsis:
The “land management fantasy” follows Ageha, the overweight eldest son of a count, and a Japanese person in his past life. When Ageha meets his motherless younger half-brother Regulus, he decides to raise him, despite learning that Regulus will kill him in the future over the right of succession.
