A TV anime adaptation of the My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero’s light novel series has been announced with an October 2025 premiere window, a trailer, and a teaser visual. My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero’s (Assassin de Aru Ore no Sutetasu ga Yuusha Yori mo Akiraka ni Tsuyoi nodaga) is a Overlap Bunko series written by Matsuri Akai and illustrated by Tozai. The first volume was released in November 2017, and there are four volumes as of February 2021.
The lead cast members are Takeo Otsuka as Akira Oda and Saku Mizuno as Amelia Rose Quartz. The main staff credits include:

Synopsis:
