The newest heroine visual has been unveiled for the ongoing The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You season two, which features Iku Sutou relaxing by the ocean. The second season’s first episode, listed as the 13th episode in the series overall, debuted in Japan on January 12, 2025.
The returning production staff from season one includes Hikaru Sato as director, Takashi Aoshima as series screenwriter, Akane Yano as character designer and chief animation director, Mika Nishiyama as sub-character designer and co-costume designer, and Tsumugi Maeda (Prima Doll Episode 1 guest character designer) as co-costume designer. Bibury Animation Studios is handling the animation production.
The anime is based on the romantic comedy harem manga, written by Rikito Nakamura and drawn by Yukiko Nozawa, which was launched in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump on December 26, 2019 and has released 20 tankobon volumes as of December 2024. A 21st volume will be released on March 18, 2025. Seven Seas Entertainment releases the manga in English.
The first season aired in October 2023 and concluded in December 2023. The anime series is streaming on Crunchyroll worldwide, outside of Japan.
Synopsis:
Rentaro Aijo was rejected 100 times in middle school. He visits a shrine and prays for better luck in high school. The God of Love appears and promises that he’ll soon meet 100 people he’s destined to date. But there’s a catch once destiny introduces someone to him, the two must happily love each other.
