Martial arts manga Tenkaichi: The Greatest Warrior Under the Rising Sun is getting a TV anime adaptation. The manga, drawn by Kyoutarou Azuma and written by Yosuke Nakamaru, is set in 1600 and features a martial arts tournament born out of Oda Nobunaga’s intention to yield the country only to those who produce strong warriors.
Tenkaichi began serialization in 2021 and is currently a Monthly Young Magazine title. Its 11th volume will be out on April 18, 2025 JST. K Manga has the manga in English.
